Lisa’s Pumpkin Bread Recipe:
3 C sugar, 1 C vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 1 (16ounce can) solid pack pumpkin, 3 C flour, 1 teaspoon of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
preheated oven at 350 degrees, baking flour spray a bread pan (my favorite is Sur La Table pumpkin break tin)
beat sugar and oil and then mix in eggs and pumpkin, then your dry ingredients. put in your pans, should make two and bake for about an hour and 10 min. toothpick tester should come out clean , transfer to racks and cool for 10 minutes. turn loaves onto racks to complete cooling.
